How do I contact the store owner?

Do you offer free shipping?
We do! All orders ship for free! Sticker-only orders are shipped via untracked USPS First Class letter mail, and all other orders are shipped with tracked USPS First Class parcel mail.
What's your refund policy?
If I sent you the wrong item, the item arrived damaged, or there is another issue, please email me at worldshowcasedesigns@gmail.com with a photo and a brief message of what went wrong. I will be happy to assist you with correcting any errors!
When will my order ship out?
Stickers ship out next-business day! Tees and scrunchies have a 1-5 day processing time. If you need your items by a particular date, please feel free to email me at worldshowcasedesigns@gmail.com and I will be happy to work with you to get your order shipped ASAP.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes! WSD stickers are made of vinyl, not paper. This makes them water resistant, dishwasher safe, and weather resistant. Our stickers are perfect for water bottles, laptops, and windows!
My package says "Delivered", but it's not here!
We see this happen frequently, and usually the post office has scanned the package early, prior to delivery. Most of the time, those packages are delivered within a few days.
For stickers, we used untracked, regular USPS letter mail, and they will arrive in a 4" x 6" pastel colored envelope.
Can I change my shipping address after I've placed an order?
Absolutely! I'll be happy to change your shipping address. Please email me at worldshowcasedesigns@gmail.com with your order number and let me know how you'd like to update your address.
Why do you have both an Etsy store and this website? What's the difference, and which one should I buy from?
I have both a World Showcase Designs Etsy store and this website because I first launched WSD in 2017! You might notice that my prices on this website are a bit lower than on Etsy. This is because Etsy charges much more in fees. By having my own website, I can avoid those fees and offer lower prices!
